  • Our VAC service is tactical, where we draw upon a pool of Visa Approved Candidates arriving in your Country in the near future.

  • Our ES service is recommended for your 'hard-to-fill' niche requirements where TalentPort will manage the entire recruitment process and help with the Visa process through our partner Migration Agent network.

Tactical

Visa Approved Candidates

 Draw upon our network of Visa Approved Candidates (VACs) who are arriving in your country in the near future.

  • Stage 1

    Your requirements are registered with TalentPort and Terms of Business are approved by you.

  • Stage 2

    Upon carefully understanding your requirements, we interview VACs from our Networks and present a suitable shortlist to you.

  • Stage 3

    Remote interviews are organised between Client and VACs.

  • Stage 4

    Detailed Reference check reports are conducted and presented to you, alongside other paperwork such as Visa Proof, ID Docs, etc.

  • Stage 5

    Your offers are presented to VACs and are accepted, signed and returned to you. VACs start work with your organisation on an agreed date, post-arrival in your country.

Strategic

Executive Search

For your hard to fill requirements. Through extensive searches, Candidates are sourced and pre-interviewed for you to choose.

  • Stage 1

    Your requirements are registered with TalentPort and Terms of Business are approved by you.

  • Stage 2

    Upon carefully understanding your requirements, we search from around the globe for your requirements and present a suitable shortlist of Candidates eligible to be put through one of your country's Visa processes.

  • Stage 3

    Remote interviews are organised between Client and Candidates.

  • Stage 4

    Detailed Reference check reports are conducted and presented to you, alongside other paperwork such as ID Docs, etc.

  • Stage 5

    Your offers are presented to VACs and are accepted, signed and returned to you.

  • Stage 6

    The Visa process is initiated through a partner network of Migration Agents or through your chosen Migration Provider.

  • Stage 7

    Upon successfully receiving their Visa, a start date is negotiated between Client and Candidate through TalentPort.

Payment for Executive Search is in three instalments, at:

  • Stage 1
  • Stage 5
  • On the day the Candidate joins your organisation.

Payment to TalentPort is due within 15 days of each of the above stages (negotiable by prior agreement).
